I tried some 1.0 with low ping (<70)

Been seeing people getting 100+ kills pretty often recently, not me of course.. think the most i've ever got was 90 with just over 100 headshots (still weak tho)

I never get past 70 kills. I can go only 69 kills, wish I had better Internet Speed.

imo it doesn't really make that much of a difference, if any. Over the last year my internet speed increased by 10x and the game seems exactly the same as before.
