Until ECGN comes back online here is a "temp" shrub server you can play on 198.144.184.215:27960 and yes unlag is enabled :/

Why does this have to be temporary?..keep both. Junior runs one and MAA the other.
Give it awhile to get the word around then see which server has more players.

I believe ecgn will be back very shortly and better than before. If MAA was going to abandon us he would have made me take the website down permanently. Everything will work out.

Until then you can play here or on the mad server. I can change my temp server how ever you like.

That's good, I am just suggesting one server for each. unlag disabled anti-lag enabled and vice versa.

too bad not enough players come to this forum 'cause they'll never know about the temp one unless someone knows them outside of the game.

Well I didn't expect to see this happen, but than again after all the complaining as adults these past few weeks, I can see why MAA would take it down. I would have honestly done the same.

As some may or may not know, there is OSP servers set-up now for your enjoyment & as I can see, there is alternative shrub servers for the time being. This could be your chance to try some OSP if you've never tried.


I've enjoyed my time on ECGN, it's been a blast so thank you. If you ever do decide to bring it back I for one 100% agree it should be NO ADMINS, and rotation. Sick of 24/7 Beach.

i sure wish he'd just put it back up already. over the weekends i do enjoy popping in betweeen yardwork so sit down for 30 min and frag.

i changed our maprotation on mad-server a more user-friendly way til ecgn is back.
its still rotation, but every 3rd map is beach. also removed the dm maps, so its all objective settings.
but u have to deal with mines and other different settings. +the server has only 16 slots.

Saw this mentioned on Facebook, had to come in here and confirm. Over the past year or so I've gotten into other games, but played pretty solidly on ECGN for 12ish years. Seeing this happens bothers me more than Prince passing away. Thanks for all the fun memories and hope what comes next is just as enjoyable.

Well, this is really sad. After all these years playing amazing good rounds with all of you, it's a pity to see the server down.
