Seether has you really noticed any difference in lag time when playing with GLextensions turned on or off, I write this because when playing wolf on my old Pentium 3 500mhz and 256 RAM the game was running with the same speed in connection with the GL extensions turned on or off, if so, try it with them on, That Graphics detail has to hurt your eyes a lot I think...

My eyes are fine, I have been playing RTCW like this for awhile now. I like it this way, because I can see alot better than before. My computer specs royally suck.

I use this :

/bind f10 "screenshotjpeg"

Include the quotes.
Then just hit f10.

The pictures should be in your RTCW file, where ever that is, under /shrubmod/screenshots.

What grenades are thoses, ? standard smokes grenades?, i don´t play as a lt most of the time so I don´t know

Yep, you are correct they were smoke grenades. I think the command for that is /sg or maybe it is /smoke. I can't remember.

If you do use smoke grenades, only use them when you are on the allies team. Otherwise it just hurts your own team. It does look cool though.
