Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

This was great. I was driving to school this morning, and these big semis were holding everyone up because they were going so slow. I drive up beside one, and what do I see? A big ass Tiger tank sitting on the flatbed!
I wanted to slow down so I could drive beside it for a while and gaze, but I would have held everyone up as well
It was in good condition, and was painted a really really dark green. One of those moments I wish I had a digital camera sitting beside me.
This may not be a big deal to anyon else, but this was the first time I've ever seen an actual tiger tank in real life

That's really cool shockwave!
The only time i've seen a tank in real life was when my family and I drove past one of those military veteran retirement home thingies, it was sitting on the front yard of the place.

I have seen a tiger tank up close at the Patton Museum at Fort Knox. It was pretty huge. They had the side cut open so you could see inside it was awesome.
Also at my towns veterans memorial they have an M-60 tank that you can climb on. Oh yeah i have also seen tanks at a place called cantigny.

There's a Sherman parked in front of a high school in upstate New York. I don't know exactly where because I'm not from that area.

Near Toronto there are 2 tanks, Shermans I think, parked near Lake Ontario. You can climb into one of them. Pretty damned cramped in there.
That's really cool you saw the Tiger. Wonder what they were doing with it.
