So we should open up marraige then to all of the sects that compromise about 2% of the population. In my case I want to marry the Damn triplets from Playboy, and you would be denying me my equal rights under the Constitution if you don't allow me to marry them.

People get charged with breaking the law. Maybe New York state will soon "get with the times" but until then, marying two dudes is apparently still a crime in New York. The second part of civil disobediance is taking the punishment.

I'm sorry, but I stand by my assertion that anything to do with sex is a choice. OK, you think you're gay... that doesn't mean you have to act on it. You CHOOSE to.

As I explained, it's not a difficult concept to understand.

Apparently, some people are BORN with a predilection towards sex with animals. People do it. Why would anyone choose bestiality? Beats the shit out of me, but it is nevertheless a choice. There are many other types of sexual behavior too, some of them even worse, should these be tolerated as well?

All I'm saying is people should be responsible for their actions, saying that you have no choice in the matter is simply not true.

And sex is necessary for the survival of the species, but are homosexuals really worried about that? If they are, they flunked biology.

And as far as the marriage thing, any man and woman can still get married, even if they're gay... how is this denying them something?
