I would have done the opposite of what you just said. If he was cheating, he would take the new CD and be on with it.

if he wasn't cheating, and was banned through no fault of his own, he would attempt to contact evenbalance to see what was up, which he did.

Me too but some people dont learn. He got a wild hair up his ass because someone told him he can't cheat and thats why he's doing all this. Would be my guess.

He probably didn't clear his registry/reinstall and it left a trail or he was just stupid and got busted.
