Wow, thanks, UN! Way to go. Good going! So, what happens if a nation doesn't obey that decree? Gonna sit around and talk about it? Super! Sounds like a plan. Bunch of clowns trying to make themselves look useful.
UN bans WMD sales to terrorists
The United Nations Security Council has unanimously passed a resolution aimed at keeping weapons of mass destruction out of the hands of terrorists.
It means all UN member states will have to pass laws to stop terrorists and black market traders from buying, selling or developing such weapons.

Murgatroyd you pessimist!
It should not take more than 14 or so resolutions before someone gets irate enough to do whats right.
Thats probably irregardless of how many senior workers at the UN are making untold millions off of the situation and the suffering of others.
Having a negative attitude like yours is exactly whats wrong with the world today! Seriously, look at the great work the UN did in Rawanda during their crisis! or in the Sudan today! Oh wait... there's no money to be made there.....
