My copy came in and... IT'S GREAT!!! Costume creation is a BLAST!
I can't keep my boys (ages 7 and 4) off my computer. It's "Dad, can we play the superheroe game??"
It really is fun. Running around blasting things. Watching the bad guys go flying! There are many different powers and skills. You can make ANY kind of character you can think up.
Cool effects and graphics. I don't know how long it will hold my interest, but I'm loving it right now!
I'm playing on the Liberty Server. My main character is: Arcturus 8th level Science Blaster. Other characters: Star Seeker and Yukon. (I'll post pictures if someone could point me in the right direction for posting -- okay, so I'm a noob.
)
If you're looking for something new (and willing to drop $50 for the game) (for the first month - $15/month), then I highly recommend City of Heroes. It has a lot going for it. If you don't like RPG's (role-playing games) you probably won't like this one.
So far I give it 10 stars!

Another Awesome Sig by Evan - Thanks man!
This looks great. Just what I need, another game to take up what little time I had. Hopefully this is going to be better than some of the other RPG's I have played. I tried Everquest for the PS2 but it got redundant and boring after a while and took forever to get leveled up. I stupidly bought the sequel Everquest 2 or whatever for the PC and it looked so ungodly confusing I never actually played.
I have also bought and played Planetside (it sucked) and Earth & Beyond. E&B was really cool at first, but again, took many, many hours to slowly creep up to any significant level and power that I just quit.
Hell, I have such a short attention span that I got tired of GTA and Vice City after a while.
I just don't like the idea of monthly fees but I understand why they do it and agree. I just don't need another bill.
That being said, C of H looks great. Is there a demo version for free to try?
