That is so crazy! I feel bad for Activision losing all that money, but wow, I respect them for not releasing a bad game. Man. Not sure what to think... Actually thats a real disappointment, I was really looking forward to a good single player game. THanks for sharing the info Tool.

I've been waiting so long for that it's too bad they canned it but very nice they are going to release the multiplayer part for free....I wonder if BF1942 had anything to do with this...I know if they made a game like wolf but with vehicals and huge maps it would most likely blow BF1942 out of the water

Here's how I see it, I played the single player three times over and it got boring, I know where every guys is. I've played the multiplayer for 10 months and haven't tey been really bored with it. If you want new action heir you'll still get it. They are supposed to issue out alot of new stuff in this multiplayer, like engi's can build bridges, no more LT's, lt will be a feild ops and then covert ops can do a bunch of new stuff. they're supposed to put in a heavy machine gun that fires like a venom when standing, but you can also lay it down and prop it like the mg's it should be really neat. And El Cid, I would feel sorry for activision accept I was so worried I wouldent have the money for the new game, so now I can get it and play it with my good buddies from OC48

pie the the new multiplayer is going to be new action. all new maps, new player class, movable spawn points, and players get experience points throughout the rounds. I was only really looking forward to the multiplayer anyways.

The game was supposed to come out in march, so maybe sometime around there.

well, sadly enough, i was looking forward to single player. i like squad based teams as long as they arnt dumb shit.
and, they were talking about how enamies would take random patrolls... if they hear something, etc, they will change course...things like that. i like games where u control a group of peeps (ghost recon for examample but......multiplayer was still the main thing i was looking forward to. i guess its good in the sense that it will be a free download.

Has anyone heard anything about a team-speak option or am I just dreaming?
