My Ping

for some reason, my ping goes insane now. my normal ping has gone to 400+, at some points it goes back to normal then goes to the high pings again. i have 35 errors on my cpu. i d/l error guard but i have to pay to register in order to delete them. i dont know what other way to take the errors off. anti-virus programs dont work on errors, just viruses. help plz.
