For beeing a noob server it makes you skull and leave a lot and your stats are not much better. For having a ping <50 they even suck for a 'pro' playing on a noob server.

Banned more maybe, but at least none were for hacks. And I don't care what you think of how I play. Half the time I'm either mauser or panzer, so I /kill every spawn. I've stopped trying to conserve my lives and go for top kills a long time ago.

It'd only improve your skills if you actually made the hacks. There's a difference between coding and downloading. In your case, you only googled them, and downloaded them. Sad part is, they weren't even good enough to get by PB, and it hadn't updated for nearly a year.
