I need to learn how to crouch/strafe/shoot like those guys in the video. I've tried a couple times in the heat of battle and always wind up getting used. Anyone care to share the control keys used to accomplish that attach technique?

I also see folks jumping really far too and it like like they strafe a split second before jumping. Anyone care to share the key sequence needed to do that?
