Those are the port and if the server is using the default you don't need them. the default for teamspeak is :8767 and the default for rtcw is :27960. So if you use /connect to join servers. and if the server has :27960 you dont need to add that either.
----------------------------------
example. teamspeak
/connect 205.177.13.42:8767
or
/connect 205.177.13.42
----------------------------------
example. rtcw
/connect 205.177.13.42:27960
or
/connect 205.177.13.42
----------------------------------
will take you to the server either way.

Or to make things a little more easier than remebering and typing in the ip every time the go to connection, connect and right click where on the empt space on the left side and click on add server. From there you put in your info as Brick said above and everytime you bring it up then you just go to connect and the server you put will be there waiting on you. If you have problems connecting the first time then try to connect again and then if you have a prob then you need to check all your info and your ts2 version. From there you will be on your way.

I tried using it but I didn't know how to talk to people. I connected to OC48 and saw some people on it with green lights by their names, tried clicking on them to talk but nothing happened.
Oh well probably a good thing, as I am very shy anyway.
