it was easy with +salute. (not anymore at ecg)
You can also block an a/s to get up there.
figo had some nice demos of it with him and ghost

In my case I got revived just before an airstrike hit and it flew me up there...You see in the screenshots greg is on ther server...so obveosely greg fixed his problem...
