V for Vendetta
Hey guys this is probably way off topic from BF2, but I saw V for Vendetta tonight and it was pretty sweet. I thought I would just mention it since it was kick ass, and would just like to hear anybody elses comments on it (if you have seen it).

LoL the reviews are horrible but I'm still gonna go watch it.
Hell it can't possible be worse than matrix parts 2 and 3...

Very cool movie. Saw it last night also.
I always ignore the "professional" reviews and go check out the rating on IMDB.
7.6 so far.. not bad

I hear ya on the professional reviews, it seems like i always like a movie some critic hates. Personally i don't know why we have critics, I mean different people like different movies, so how can we judge a movie on what someone else says. If it looks good to me I go and see it!

I liked it, I think it's prity cool, reminds me of 1984 in some ways. I never care what critics give a movie. Oh yea and 1984 the book not the year tards lol![]()
LoL have you seen the film? The actor who's the main bad Guy in vendetta was the main good guy in the film of 1984. Bit of unsubtle film homage

Just watched it. Thought it was very good actually, thoughtful, if a little pretentious at times. Definately worth the trip to the cinema.

Haven't got too see it yet, I want to though!
I'll just wait until I can rent it as a prior-to-street movie.
Pros about Blockbuster... I get to scope out the DVD about 2 weeks before it hits stores.... but that's about the only pro
The rest are Cons

Definitely worth seeing. I read the comics years ago (back when the hit the racks) and noticed a couple of changes, but not enough to take away from the message/core of the story.
It's not an action heavy movie as the trailers would have you believe. I know some people were disappointed by that. It's very cerebral and very good.
