Old thread revival!
This is an even harder question to answer 14 years after the game is released. My reason for saying this is because there are mostly "specialty" players now. Guys that get a lot of frags, stay alive alone, and don't really do anything else to help the team much, actually being more on the losing team but having a way higher KDR than the rest of the team. Guys that are fulltime solders, using the heavy weapons all the time - sometimes helping the team greatly, but mostly not. Guys that sit in one area all the time, waiting for that encounter and getting the better of it most of the time, but remain predictable.
Then there are the guys who are always there for their teammates, but really aren't great shots or movers, yet are usually on the winning side. How many times have I started out a round as Allies on Beach, only to find that I am the only engineer?
The best players IMHO are the players who can do a little of everything well. They support their team, are willing to die to save others, use good battle sense to stay alive, and make their team better simply because they are on it. There are definately more than one of these types of players/
So, to answer the question, like one of the first replies to this inital thread: "Well duh, it's me!"
