Most rememberable moments
hey guys.....just bored, so might as well mention some of our most favorite/funny things that have happened to us....i myself have almost pissed my pants laughing so hard. so, if u have pics that u took, or just a story.....tell it
I remember when i was playing, i was just exiting the forward bunker when i was blown up (but still invincible) i flew through the walls into the wr! no joke! it was funny as hell since there was only 1 nazi in the entire game in there....but.....with good things come bad things...for whatever reason, with my luck, dynamite blew up right after i found out where i was....another fun moment is when i kill snipers with my knife. Ive been in group sniper kills, me and 2 other people came up behind three snipers and killed them all at once. Just today, i watched a wolfplayer come walking up on the backside of sniper hill and blow away the allies! it was funny as hell!!!! they didnt get gibbed, but they flew accross the map. well, ill post more on here when i remember them or see them.

I have a few things, once on this other server(not oc48) I revived a person who was laying on the ground, and just as I revived them and jumped away a grenade blew up next to the person sending them flying straight up in the air, which does happen. I looked up after the person, and they just kept going higher and higher til they disappeared and they died but the body never came back down, it was like heaven called LOL....
the other one was just kewl, when I managed to get 8-10 people with one panzer shot on the beach. A group of allies filling the back stairway hand rail to hand rail, came running down and I was at the bottom. as soon as the first guy rounded the last flight at the bottom I jumped up and shot as close to the middle as possible, I got atleast 8 kills, I know I got 6 gibs and I counted to 8 kills and there were more but they were gone too quickly.
Last thing was I managed to jump on someone's head once, and if you run the same direction you don't fall off of them, I managed to actually get stuck on someone's head for about 10 seconds, because out of freak luck everytime I changed direction so did this person I was on top of. That was rather interesting.
Just one more thing that really sticks out in my mind....... One time on this base server a panzer was spawn killing me. I started yelling at him of course then I got a great idea. I ran through the inner compound and right past the first line of axis waiting at radar 2. I was throwing myself med packs of course and dancing like hell all over the place. So I got past them and then ran my way across the northeast tower and right past the other side of the axis line at radar 1. I was coming from there backs so as soon as I ran past them, they all opened fire at my back as I started throwing myself med packs again. Finally I made it out to the northwest courtyard where of course this panzer noob was still camping with his panzer out. I tip-toed right up behind this guy and slashed him to death with two stabs in the middle of the back, I went crazy yelling YEAH!!! and GREAT SHOT!!!!! over and over. I think that was the coolest thing I ever did.
well, I hope to hear other stories, nice thread idea man. sorry I typed so much but it was all there and I couldent pick just one.

hehe, when my buddies (i know in real life) are on, i host a private game...4-6 show up normally...we dedicate the game to Tking..playing tag, the tk>nade>revive (hehe, its so much fun) and low grav pansers only...its some pretty freaky stuff. we also do things like write in flame and guess what eachothers words are...but tag rules... the It player is on allies, rest axis, and its hide and seek...u cant shoot back, but u can run...they have a panser though :\
Just now on Oc i killed a Lt, and since i had 3 health, i decided to mess around..i started to drag his body, a medic of his team came up and tried to revive him....since his body was moving, he couldnt revive the guy..he tried for about 5 seconds, then got gibbed by an air strike

2 cool
We all have some pretty good stories so I'll be brief....
1) Very beginning of game I was blown clean up to top of upper bunker stairs opening. Must have still been during some sort of invul time so I actually lived. This occured during first 10 seconds of game..... it was incredible. Imagine the surprise of Axis when they heard "documents taken" within first 20 seconds!
2) Sitting in front bunker defending it at beginning of game.... was waiting for bar to get back up outside door steps when I noticed face sitting out by machine gun. Opened fire on it for a good 30 rounds and guy wouldnt die.... took closer look and it was the face of a body that had been gibbed, it was just sitting there on the window sill of front bunker! I have seen this one other time since... a lifeless face just sitting on the ground, with the rest of the body no where to be found.

My most memorable moment came when I was playing as an allies medic on Depot. It was one of those 2 hour long, middle-of-the-night matches that would not end because both teams were mainly playing defense. All of a sudden, my ENTIRE team decided to go on offense together. This left me guarding the field ops alone. A minute later, 3 axis come around the corner and an eng starts to plant the dyno. I popped out from behind a rail car, waxed the first eng, and then waxed a second eng. Went behind the car to reload feeling kind of cool and ready to finish off the thrid person.
I popped back out to find out that the third axis was a medic and had revived the two eng's. This left me 3v1 again. I killed the eng trying to plant and then killed the eng shooting at me. Ducked behind car, reloaded, and... the medic had revived them both again. Dang! So, I threw a nade. Missed them all of course. Dang again! Got smart (finally) and hosed the medic. At this point, I was down to about 10 bullets and 15 health and the 2 eng were shooting at me. So, I ran right at them, jumped, and landed right inbetween them. They both looked at me and would not shoot for fear of tk'ing their buddy. So, I popped one in the head, swiveled and popped the other in the head before he could react. 10 sec later, my team planted and we won. 7 kills in about 30 sec, all with my Thompson. Unfortunately, none of my teammates were around to appreciate my heroics.

Since I shared my highlight, maybe I should share my lowlight. I was playing on a small server on Beach (FF on) as an axis panzer. I had just fired my panzer from upper base and so it was recharging. There was another axis up there with me sniping. Well, an ally came up the stairs and saw the axis sniper but not me. The dude stopped and took out his knife (always the weapon of choice for a sniper) to kill the sniper. I saw this and for some stupid, inexplicable reason, I decided I needed to start charging a nade. About that time another axis came out of the radio room and saw what was happening as well. He opened fire on the ally with his MP40. The only problem was that he didn't notice that I was in between his MP40 and the ally. So, I got tk'd and went down with a half-charged nade. All this noise startled the ally and he made a run for the backstairs. The two axis left on upper base started to chase him and as they were both running over my dead body (you guessed it) the nade went off gibbing all three of us.
So, the ally ended up killing all three of us without even firing a shot. I ended up with my teammates yelling at me for tk'ing. The ally then proceeded to go downstairs and get the docs and then make a run up the radio stairs. By this time, we had all respawned and were waiting at the top of the stairs, me with my trusty panzer. I stood on the railing and was looking down the stairwell. I saw the doc-carrier coming and went to fire a round down the stairway at him. At the same time, one of my teammates put a shoulder in front of me. Panzer fired, panzer hit his shoulder, I ended up clearing off the top of the stairway. Once again, that ally went right by us without even taking a bullet. Thank goodness there was no demo of that cluster (I hope).

a highlight and a low-light....
the highlight....
very similar to what tool was experiencing.. riding the enemy.. I (medic) was in a pistol battle with another medic in beach, upper level when I totally ran out of bullets, I then decided to bunny hop with my knife.. oddly, I was able to sit atop the head of the enemy. Not knowing where I was for a brief second, I was able to look down and continue to knife my ride.. I did get feedback from the guy, thinking that he had already killed me..
the low-light..
after playing the server for over 2 hours, for some reason I forgot which team I was on.. I thought it odd that I was able to reach the sniper hill without being shot at, and after getting there, I unloaded both of my thompson clips (again forgetting that an axis medic doesn't have a thompson), and my pistol... after seeing that the dude was not shooting back, and was not being fased by my bullets, I typed out that this guy was somehow cheating and should be kicked..!! It only took another 3-4 seconds to realize it was a teammate.. I apologized for the comment and really felt like a dumb-ass.. Others of course thought it was hilarious..

I've seen the face before. At the bottom of the back stairs I chucked a grenade at some poor noob and gibbed him. Next thing you know his face is lying on the railing, looked like some weird peice of furniture, or part of the map. Never seen it since though.
I love killing snipers with the knife, it gives me great satisfaction, especially when they return to the same spot and you do it again. Once I did it 4 times to a guy named TURKMAN. finally got wise and respawned as a lut. missed me with an airstrike then naded me. Ahh the memories.
I've also been blown clean from the bunker to sniper hill, not a scratch. The best part was I had a mauser and was heading there anyway.
As for bad parts.... well I'm perfect!

Heres a small story, when wolf first came out (Beach demo) I use to be an engineer, as all you would have to do is drop the dynomite and run, there was no need for those pliers on the (FIRST DEMO OF WOLF) Man would I rack up the points planting both sides, Surely this Dandy guy knew his stuff, well then I went on from there and decided to go for those docs and always seemed to get killed when I came thru toting and throwing those gerandes all over, well finally I got those Docs one day, out of the war room, I ran up the stairs down the ladder, pass the wall, running as fast as I could to get those docs outta the evil enemys arms and win the game, got to boat one and jump in (nothing happened) SHIT, here they come I figured I got in the wrong boat, Ran out and hit the gas to get to boat 2, Jumped in and nothing happened looked back and got killed.(DUH)

Yea I rember when you didnt need the pliers. I used to drop the dyno out of the ducts with a 5 sec timer and blow up the axis, then when I charged again I would go into the war room and drop another on the table and more axis go boom. Guess that is a good reason to put 30 sec timer on dyno and require pliers to arm it.
Few stories...
As far as the Beach map goes, I remember one tight game, down to the last minute. I finally got to the war room while it was empty (attacking as Ally). I jumped on the table, dodged a few stragglers, danced my way through the lower Axis spawn, up the stairs, no one near me...ran into the radio room and........nothing!?!?
Shit, I hadn't even come close to grabbing the docs...
. There was about five seconds left so I just stood in the radio room and read the snide comments from everyone who had been spectating me.
As far as any Wolfenstein moment goes, I remember playing this particularly difficult Depot map on the Allied side. Very tough, well-organized defense on the Axis' part. The first tower went fast (as usual), but that just forced the Axis to concentrate on the other tower (the "North Tower? The one next to the bridge right after the long tunnel).
There was literally less than a minute left, it look frikin' grim. I just ran mindlessly at the objective, taking the route from the already destroyed tower. I popped out in the open at the center tower and peeked around the corner. I saw about seven Axis scum on the bridge, dealing out health packs and ammo packs and generally holding hands in a tight group. I grabbed my last grenade, held it and then chucked it across the open space right at their feet into the middle of the group. I remember the funny part was that none of them moved, they all just stood there looking at the freshly dropped grenade at their feet. The nade went off, killing four of them, and knocking the rest of them right off the bridge. I dashed into the remaining tower, dropped the dyno, armed it with 31 seconds remaining in the game and was lucky enough to defend it until the game ended (I must have gibbed an engineer or two with that nade).
It was snatching victory from the jaws of defeat...and seeing those stupified Axis soldiers flying off the bridge like show-room manequins was worth all the aggravation before that point.

Sorry for the quote but Its funny how you remember those damn Newb moments, reading all the crap your team mates and spectators are saying, thinking all the time that you were the shit...
and yes we were..
Good depot one tho, I usually wait till one side wins all the time, they end up letting there guard down (big heads ya know) and then whamo, there you will see me taking advantage of the situation.
