Will XBOX LIVE players be able to play with Windows/Mac users?

it was just a joke amaryl...I know both games are very popular, therefore must not suck. I just don't perfer either of them.

They actually have keyboard and mouse for xbox live? On release for xbox live that is one thing they said they would try to avoid, therefore they had no plans for a mouse or keyboard. And as far as i know they still dont.

They are also not on the xbox site... so if they do exist they certainly arent from microsoft

they released the KB+mouse (or they will) with PhantasyStarOnline but NO games are configured to work with it except for PSO

games just aren't built to work w/ mouselook

too bad M$ is scared of the PC image

i'm worthless w/out a kb+mouse so i haven't bothered w/ xboxLive yet

Console players are also stuck with (for right now) 640x480 resolution. It doesn't look too bad because people generally sit at least 5 feet away from their tv. PC gamers play at a minimum of 1024x768, and many go with a much higher resolution than that. Add in the fact that PC players are maybe 1-2 feet away from their high res monitor and the end result is greater visual clarity and detail at longer ranges (within the game).

iv played q3 online through a dreamcast, talk about laggg man. and i hope those rtcw players with rtcw for xbox arnt playin through there xbox on our servers! lol

Wow I have not viewed this thread in a long time. There must be 10 different topics going around, something about a bio-gun, something about Quake 3(a good game) and then something about Dreamcast right. I had a lot of fun reading all the post :lol:

I think the bio-gun was in UT tourment, Quake 3 is a fun game...I think am done.
