Most Satisfying Things

What is the single most satisfying thing you do in a game?

Waxing that pesky sniper?
Killing that deadly Duct Troll ?
Obliterating 9 enemy scum with one air strike/panzer?
Reviving the thirteen guys the enemy just spent three minutes killing?

Here's mine...poisoning those loser snipers late in a game. You know those lazy-ass losers hanging around sniper hill taking pot-shots at guys who have just spawned and generally contributing absolutely nothing to their team's efforts?

I just love sneaking up behind three or four of them and reducing them to phlegm-belching, hershey-squirt grunters.

bino strikes as aixs from the boats to the hill then i move about the beach killing what remains alive.

or my fave, im axis med. i poison the sniper on the hill then push him, and then of course end his life. poison to push combo!

as allie, running the perimiter of the war room killing anyone along the perimiter and getting both guys atop the file cabinets. usually dont live through it, cause its a killing mad technique for medic only and there is no time for reload.

1 grenade, 3+ kills.

4 bullets left in thomp/mp40...opponent dies cause its all headshots.

standing on the first landing going down the backstairs tossing a nade against the wall in front of me it banks back towards me but goes downstairs and kills the flamer.

lots of duct stuff too and some other things...but i can see ive already said too much.

My favorite thing is as allie, getting to the axis barracks....and going to the door that leads to war room, crouching up against it, and killing axis going to war room. I end up getting 10 or 11 kills until a panzer ruins all the fun. Also, I like it when I get the docs and just run around with them in the war room, and kill 5 axis trying to get me in the caged area.

It is most satisfying when i have the docs and i have made it out of the war room, and then i go all the way up the backstairs only to find out the my path is heavily guarded by axis. So then i run all the way back down the stairs. through the basement, and rush past a few unsuspecting axis along the way. right up the radio stairs I go, with all of the axis looking the other way.

Ive done this several times, and it leaves the opposing team scratching their heads afterwards.

A good broken field run with the docs on top of bunker, a la Gayle Sayers. You know... your support in front breaks down, or maybe isnt there at all... flying by the seat of your pants hoping to find the path of least resistance... just 12 inches of daylight... that's all I'm looking for. Busting into that radio room and leaving German jock straps laying all over the floor. Nothing better than breaking axis ankles and hearing that magical song. ALLIES WIN.... THEEEE ALLIES WIN!

P.S. I really have a GREAT deal of respect to anyone who kills snipers. They are the bane of humanity and deserve a long painful death. Keep it up, fellas.

I'll have to say getting the documents at start and then running the long way to the radio . When I have the docs sended and the clock is 23:**, It leave the axis all .

i must say the thing that gives me a push of adrenaline is when i play in the server and there are +40 players and i am able to bring the objective true the short route
then my hart is jumping up and down
thats the most satisfied feeling i have in the game
i have other satisfiyng things in my life but i better stop with this one

gotta be the goomba on an unsuspecting ally, cant say anything is more satisfying that seeing the ally be like wtf?

My personal favorite is reviving the same 3 guys over and over while simultaneously killing all the enemy that come after you. Leaving you with 6-7 revives and 3-4 kills plus your buddies are still alive and ticking. Or when Lt's give ammo when you don't ask because they anticipate the your need and know that giving me ammo is worth it.

i just got 7 goomba in one game....but with 7 min left to go, the server went down, i was going for 10 in a single game, i think i just set a world record.

I'm not sure what's really satisfying for me, although 5+ kills in one life feels good, and holding or escorting the docs.
But I'm here for the laugh that I get when I get on the server, and see one or more people trying way too hard to join the S.S. clan. As though being desparate was the way to get on. heheh.
I just thought that might be something satisfying for you S.S. guys, and also annoying, I bet.

...there is a certain amount of satisfaction from the noteriety the S.S. Clan gets, but along with that comes a load of negative feedback.

We have our friends, and we have a good time. We have guys who, although they're not officially in the S.S. Clan, are considered 'friends of the S.S.'.

I feel bad turning people down, because I'd like everyone to know we respect their play, but we can't have everyone in the group.

Part of what makes the S.S. Clan fun is the group of guys we have. They're all, for the most part, great players with great senses of humor. We all get along, we all have a good time and we all get a kick out of everyone's antics.

It makes me think that perhaps the S.S. Clan is enjoying a prosperous time, and that in reality there may be rough times ahead. People grow out of habits, they change their attitudes...people come and go. I'm hoping we can at least keep the thing going, having some good-natured, kick-ass players in our group....showing the way, making friends and all working together doing what it takes to win.

I can't say I'm unhappy with anyone in the group right now. Everyone likes the fact that we're not a serious clan, and that we have fun. Edogg was reluctant to join because he didn't want to get involved in a "serious" clan, and I don't blame him. I hope everyone enjoys just playing as a group on the best Wolfenstgein server on the Internet.

I know I have my detractors, but I'm at least trying to be civil with people who, quite frankly, might just be angry at the world and lashing out at anything and everyone. Hey, I'm trying.

I think I can agree with everything you just said Zog, at least from what I've noticed on the server. Those are some of the things that make the server fun. Too bad it's down at the moment.
