Will you re-elect Bush?

Off topic, but don't go too far overboard - after all, we are watching...heh.

Will you re-elect George W. Bush?

I will vote for him. Not because I think he's a great President, but because I think will can and will be better for us than what the Democratic Party will put up.

And please, anyone who blames our economic troubles on this administration has a complete lack of understanding of economics and what got us into this situation in the first place. Our economic situation is the result of multiple years of a "vapor" boom. Eighty percent of the growth from 98 to 2000 was false. It didn't exist, it was all on paper. There is no one person that you could have put in office that could have maintained that economic lie. It hurts but its true. We'll all get through it given time - and we'll all be better people for it.

no, it's not the fault of the administration that the economy was on a down turn, but it WAS the fault of the administration that it spent almost HALF A TRILLION DOLLARS IT DOES NOT HAVE.

I can understand the tax cuts to help get the economy started up again, but what's this about spending BILLIONS of dollars on a stupid missile defense program? Hell, even Canada was debating weather or not to partake in this rubbish program. What a waste of money.

Governments (yes, including my own) need to start paying down more of the debt.

LOL That site is the epitome of idiocy, lunacy, insanity, and loser-ness. Not to mention anti-American.

Face, I think everyone in here, myself included, respects eachother's opinion on an issue. But dear god, stop using the phrase "Anti-American", it makes you sound like your on the wrong side in the McCarthy era.

That's not the first time I've heard of this specific 'conspiracy theory', Doug. I havn't done much research on it, but some of the points are in fact quite valid. The put-options in particular. I was....involved in a situation which allowed me to see the put-option link within about 7 hours of the 9/11 catastrophe. At that time I thought there was surely an error in the stats I was seeing. I looked into it after a few days and discovered that in fact those put-options had been made. It didn't amount to a lot of money in the big scope of things. About 270 million usd if I recall correctly. Not bad for an 11 million investment.

Too, the us air-force around New York was on specific orders to stand-down at that time. Which, I might point out, had NEVER happened before. Surely a tragic coincidance.

Are we all on the same planet here?

BTW, the terrorists planned the 9/11 attacks for YEARS. Bush was in office 9 months. WOW WHAT A REVELATION!!!....Osama Bin Asshole planned that attack during the CLINTON YEARS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again, what does all that have to do with Iraq? Given that there is no Al-Qaida connection, and no WMD have been found as of yet.

Don't tell me you are actually taking anything that site mentions as "fact". Everything about that site really is a crock load of bull-shit.

The useful idiot that wrote that article also included in it that the cell-phone calls from the Pennsylvania plane were also a hoax. No matter how much sense he may have been making to some, at that point he loses all credibility. The people who received those calls, such as Lisa Beemer, would have known that it wasn't their husbands, wives, etc., had it been a hoax. These morons who write such drivel should be ashamed of themselves for dragging the widows/widowers through the mud.

Can anyone here imagine getting a good-bye phone call from a loved one on a doomed plane, just to have some conspiracy-simpleton tell you that it never happened? I'm not violent, but that warrants smashed teeth, or worse.

Then just what would convince you of something "anti-American"?? getting nuked?

I am sick of people saying "OMFG you can't say THAT is anti-American!!!" What does it take? If something is against America, it is anti-American.

And yes, someone my be allowed to speak out against American in America, but that is STILL anti-American. We just allow it. Don't sugar coat it. It is anti-American.

We allow it, but I have a BIG FU to those who think that way. It is my RIGHT to say FU as much as it is someone;s right to be anti-American in America. The freedom of speech goes for both sides.

I saw something about that on this web page. I think it's a load of bs...probably some photo editing, but I dunno.
