If there were one weapon you could have removed from the Beach level, which would it be?

I'd have to say my least favorite weapon is the panzer. It's not so much the "suicide panzer" role I dislike, (although seeing a guy go from a pistol to one hit kill weapon in a flash is a lil twinkish) but it sure would open up the blocked doorways caused by noobs who take one step out and three secs to AIM and fire while blocking the rest of us. ;)

Yeah you can use +salute to move the guy, but it's get annoying when people leave it on all game and accidentally shove you around.

I WOULDNT ELIMINATE BUT I WOULD LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF AIR STRIKE CANNISTERS ON THIS SERVER I PLAY ON ANOTHER SERVER HALF THIS SIZE AND THEY LIMIT AIR STRIKES TO 15 PER SIDE SIMPLY GENIUS:blow:

How 'bout not remove the panzer, just make it able that they dont have the fewseconds of protection and they are open to team killing in the area of the doorway! Or snipers too.

I say get rid of all weapons, maybe we can run around slappin eachother..........Or if you made the soldiers cock as a weapon you can piss on the enemy, cock slap, or butt fuck the enemy........just tryin out new ideas:D

i must say i go with punisher a limit on the amount of air strikes would be better i played on the server he means and its better the luits will think better when they throw their air strikes cause it might be their last air strike

the problem with some luits would be solved to, they would stop ingnoring medics, engeniers and soldiers when they ask for ammo and just give it instead of throwing an airstrike :)

I would like to see more weapons. Land mines, grenade launchers ( for the mauser sniper rifle ), and a heavier damage medium weight rifle ( browning BAR ) Frag on.

Not a good idea. It would be overly unfair for me. Picture a bunch of soldiers running around with lugers and here I am with a panzer. It just would not be fun.

I'd get rid of the flame thrower or panzer. The only time I have trouble with panzers is when there is not many people on the map. You'll just have one or two panzers on the axis sitting in the war room. You go and get docs as an ally and there is no way to get out. Panzer is just a one hit kill and even if they blow themself up in the process, they get back to the war room quickly due to respawn. As for the flamethrower...I don't need to elaborate.

hmm honestly I like it the way it is and believe me I curse sometimes getting punked by various weapons specially panzer .. I just can't understand being 10 feet away and getting fried by a panzer completely but a flamer or venom it takes a shitload of shots or spraying flame to kill someone ... really if your getting torched , shot full of lead or exploaded the only difference is if your being exploaded you die right away. Maybe I don't know wtf im talking about but I just think its talentless to use a panzer.. specially the mindlessness of firing it off where you " THINK " enemies might be and you get super lucky exploading them all etc.. so if I was forced to take out a weapon i'd chose panzer.

Limit LTs!!! The frikin air strikes are layed upon the front bunker so thick the marker/cannisters often resemble ping-pong balls in a State Lottery Machine. Getting waxed by an air strike while you're inside, sucks dead donkey dick, too.

As far as the flamer/panzer arguement;

Flamers have a life expectancy of about 25 seconds and often immolate themselves.

I use the panzer a lot (when the action in the ducts is dead). I use it to demoralize the enemy because I know how I hate being obliterated by one, myself.

I try to nail as many people as possible when I shoot (unless I'm tired/lazy). I'll pass up an easy 1-shot-1-kill in favor of finding a bunch of hand-holding Allied vermin scampering through the trenches like wet rats.

On offense I'll go panzer and weasel my way through the ducts in an attempt to wax as many war-room-squatting Nazis as I can. There's nothing more satisfying that dropping down the chute right after a med and blasting the short stairs before the doorway to clear a path. I've nailed 7 Nazi scums in one shot once that way (not including gibs). I remember a perfectly timed Med drop/panzer blast with me and Iceman...he hit the docs just as my panzer shot flew over his left shoulder and punched hole through the wall of flesh for him to dash his way to a win.

Limit LTs!! Limit LTs!! Make the game more than a long distance gib-fest in the trenches. Make the Nazis earn a victory instead of just picking off the lucky few who make it to the upper bunker.

I liked the spawn killing penalty it cut down on the airstrikes in the trenches.

geting rid of panzers, flamers, and the Lt. Limit all sound good to me. getting rid of the flamer would most likely add alot of traffic to the war room. and that seems a whole lot more fun to me.

im not a fan of auto shove. i hate getting pushed down the backstairs, or thrown from a camping position. some of my favorite players have it on too.

Aphid very true what you said, but the shame of it is I'd make your panzer look like a pocket knife, so basically everybody else would be fighting with the equivalent of a

The flamethrower gets my vote. Always thought that was the weapon that required the least skill by far. :)

I agree with the others about the air strikes... some of those lieuts just throw them left and right and most of the time they require no skill. Then at the end when the stats are tallied and some lieut has like 100 kills because he used all airstrikes killing 5-10 people at a time brags about being the best even though, in my opinion, air strikes require less skill than the flame thrower. A limit should be set.maybe 3 air strikes tops per life or something like that.
